All worked fine, the only weird thing was the basic insurance issue, since I ordered via provider they didn't provide any basic insurance other than the provider offered. I would suggest either ordering directly from the rental company or buy the insurance from the rental company and not from the provider

Все было отлично: оформление заняло около 10 минут, машина стояла заряженная на 80% и полностью готова к поездке.
Возврат машины занял минут 15-20.
Спасибо сотрудникам компании!

Оцінка послуги:
bad
I booked the car by phone and "Top Protection" was only briefly mentioned, without explaining it is a paid extra which is not obligatory. When I arrived to collect the car this became evident on the agreement, I had to request the removal which lost considerable time and two separate deposits had to be paid as a result. I point out the entire inconvenience was caused by the call centre and not the staff at Sofia head office who were very helpful.
Оцінка персоналу:
excellent
Very helpful, she was happy to explain everything regarding rental terms and procedures. Nikoleta sets a top example for all Top Rent A Car team members to follow.
Top! Quick and efficient.

The agent was not there (in the -4 floor garage). But the drop off process leaving the keys and car papers at the counter was good

Right outside the garage an alert regarding a low pressure tire showed up on the dash board. We stopped at the garage and the pressure was too high. The servicemen put the right pressure but the indicator at startup and cruising kept showing despite us reinitialysing the setting. Should be fixed
