I have given average due to the length of time to get collected from the airport and having to call the call centre 3 times to see why we hadn't been collected. Then the waiting time to get the car which was probably about 2 hours in total which I don't think is acceptable.
The staff were all helpful the drop off service was good with no problems but the collection was still on my mine which meant that I turned up a lot earlier than I needed to as I was worried about the waiting time.

This isn't a criticism of Pavel but the wait time to get the vehicle was unacceptable and also the wait time at the airport to get picked up. I had to call 3 times to find out where the mini bus was. All staff were quite stressed due to the number of people waiting and the time people had to wait which was a very long time.
This is the service I am use to really easy and quick no problems.

Unfriendly service in Sofia at check in
Got the wrong car
Drop off did not believe me that my car was filled with gas even though I explained to them that the gauge will go to full after you start driving.

Long wait for pick up the car
And even longer to drop the car back
1 nice employee on many customers
We had to wait half an hour to return the car
Instead of 5 minutes in Avis for example
