Pick up excellent. Phone service during day was amazing, person on phone was nice and provided very good service and all information. I like that you recognizing phone numer during call. I got information that on drop off I should call office first. Person who was talking with me give me feeling like "why I'm calling". Should tell me that I should go to level -4 and leave car there. And it took me some time to find out that your drop off base is on level -4. But in general I'm very happy.

Alexander was very friendly and thorough with the car terms, he made some great pointers too - everything very easy would definitely rent a car from Top Rent A Car again.

I chose the Citreon C3 for my friends and I for 4 day trip in Bulgaria. We visited rila lakes and Plovdiv. The car was the perfect size - great boot space (we managed to fit 5 carry ons and a little more) the car itself is very new, easy to drive, quiet and nippy.

He could have shown more sympathy. He claimed that the car was dirty from the inside. We think that after 3 weeks of travel the car was cleani. Do we supose to take it to a full cleaning service before returning?
