Only issue was coming out of the airport. There were no signs to direct us to shuttle pick up point which resulted in lots of walking back and forth and getting stressed. If the airport won't allow a sign then a map of pick up point would be very useful.

Suitable for town journey but perhaps should have had a bigger car for the longer journeys. It was a bit revvy. Also felt uncomfortable in it on high speed road in the rain.

The car was amazing very comfortable clean hassle free
The booking process was easy shuttle to and from airport was v efficient
The only thing needs to speed up is the picking up and dropping off time it takes almost 30 min to pick up and drop off despite me checking in on line otherwise would definitely recommend
And yes tell the staff to smile more it goes a long way
Thanks

I haven't given an excellent as Toprentacar have added an additional "optional" charge at pickup. You have the option to pay €18 to have the car washed on return. If you don't take this option they can charge you €36 when dropping off if they decide the car isn't clean enough. I really felt that I had no choice but to pay the €18, I think this should be included in the basic price at booking

Excellent new car. Pick up was slow : office very busy and the agent seemed to be very inexperienced. The credit card I'd sent was refused at the desk, as was my debit card. If not for my wife's credit card I don't know what would have happened. The same cards worked perfectly everywhere else in Bulgaria

Would have been excellent except the pick up from the terminal on arrival was a bit chaotic. Not prepared for the number of people arriving at the same time so we had to wait for another bus to arrive, and there were still people waiting after the second bus

Overall a good experience. I had some initial confusion over damage I reported during the hire period, however this was resolved easily. The team really helped with this, and the car itself was clean and worked very well for my trip!
I would recommend this company, and if I am in Bulgaria again I would definitely hire with them again.

Paid for airport collection, but did not expect to walk several hundred meters to collect the car (would have been worse if raining). Paying the additional monies would expect the car to be closer to terminal building.
Also on returning the car only one person manning the desk and also looking after car parking/inspections.
