Very good polite service thank you.
We had to wait half an hour before being seen to to drop off the car. Was not particularly friendly.

Overall I'm very pleased with the service.

Bozhidar was ok. He prepared documents as quickly as he could.
When your van picked me up from the airport to transfer me to your office on the vans display appeared that hui's phone is connected via Bluetooth. I personally found this a bit unprofessional, but this is something for you to decide internally.
Can't say a lot, there was a queue in front of his desk. I simply dropped car keys and documents and he didn't requested more. He could informed that I could use your shuttle van to Terminal 1 instead of wasting 30 mins waiting for the buss. Hopefully I will get my deposit back.

Dropping car at different location was a bit too expensive service @160 euros.
Nobody answered my WhatsApp calls on the advised number, but this is not the end of the world.

Almost perfect. The only huge pain was exiting the parking lot. As well as not having 24 hour car drop off.
