Перфектно. Имаше леко забавяне при вземането на автомобила, но Галин беше много учтив и професионален

I feel cheated and didn't take the car. I had to pay again on site for something I had already paid for

The car is in need of repair. The steering is not good and the battery gave only a little more than 100km per charge. This is the worst car I’ve driven in many years.

Please don’t rate individual staff. This is a sign of poor management trying to blame front line staff

This is the worst electric car I’ve ever driven. Even the MG is better to drive! There is nothing intuitive about the Peugeot dash or system. Also the Top Rentacar slogan on the back window is exactly in the line of sight for the rear vision mirror making it a driving hazard. We booked via booking.com specifically asking for a city pickup but it turned out to be near the airport.

Hard to understand 'car score' it's likely make sense only in comparison to a price. So I estimate as 'good' or even 'excellent' it works, it has a GPS navigator (though it a little bit silly), it doesn't cost a lot (at least in my opinion). So I take it for second time and probably will take for third one. The car had little damages/scratches but I don't mind at all, it worked perfectly and I had no any issues.

Excellent service once again, I wouldn't use anyone else to rent a car. I like the new electronic confirmation.

Very good
Unfortunately we were waiting 40 mins when dropping off the car - not the fault of staff, but they had difficulty customers to deal with, so a quick drop off service would be good
