Everything was very good - until the drop off!

It was very busy so it did take a while to be seen
After arriving and waiting (watching a family before us having problems with their return) I then received a text saying we were late! I replied that we were already waiting the more staff did then turn up and we were very rudely told we were late and pretty much told we were lying about when we got here! Apart from the unacceptable level of rudeness - it was not made clear to us that we had to be exactly on time returning the car. We had a flight to catch so clearly it was in our interest to not be late and to arrive about 20 minutes late was not unacceptable having driven from Veliko Tarnovo. It was the only negative from a great holiday with an otherwise great hire car experience but it did sour our last impression of the holiday. Completely unacceptable behaviour and sadly I would have to think twice before using your company again.

Plamen provided some of the best customer service and problem solving skills I have seen.
I came with a lot of problems regarding driving license from one place, passport from another place, and so on. But with each problem, Plamen calmly took a step by step approach and solved them one after the other. I am grateful for this service because otherwise it would have been a real problem right at the beginning of my family vacation. So I would like to thank him for this great service and hope to see him again next time.
Kolyo was very helpful in taking the car and providing us with necessary time to do everything.
