Been using Top Rent a Car for many years. Cars are under 2 years old, very clean and in good order. Any scratches, dents etc, are agreed on inspection before and after. Your modest deposit is then released back to your card. Booking regularly, we have taken out our own insurance policy for the excess.
Try to book within working hours, as excess applied quite rightly, after 7pm.

Very cheerful, competent man. Paperwork dealt with efficiently.
You have to leave the car a walk away from the kiosk in arrivals. If you have cases it would be advisable for the driver to drop you off before parking up. The agent has an electric scooter to do this!

Enjoyed driving this very new, only 11k on the clock. Sat nav, parking sensors, automatic hand brake. Comfortable ride. Just problems sometimes trying to unlock the boot! Must be something we weren't doing!
All in all, a great 5 door hatch, economic and good handling!

Светослав беше изключително внимателен и ни обясни всичко в детайли за автомобила и условията на наем. Невероятно обслужване от негова страна и отношение към клиента!!
