Оцінка послуги:

The pick up was great, the car fuel was full tank and the service was great.
On the return there was no one at the pickup desk at 3:00, I had to exit the airport to the rental office which was closed, then I called the service who told me that the representative will be waiting in the arrival hall, I returned again and only then he showed up.
The return service is unclear.

Everything was very good with your service at the point of returning the car. But looking back at the guidance when we got it there was one explanation missing: how to ppen the rear door of the baggage. Hope you will improve it for your next clients.
And we liked Bulgaria a lot. Chen

The only thing I would add, that when I was choosing the car on the web page, when you open the pictures of the car, there was a different configuration, so I thought that I would get that car, but it turns out that got the Alure configuration....
