bad
Renting with you in Varna is totally different from Sofia. I was standing waiting in line for more than 50 minutes until I was attended. Your employee made a mistake when collecting the money from the deposit of 300 euros and instead of that I was charged again on the credit card. A charge of 600 BGN appears on my credit card that I hope will be returned soon.
When returning the car, the employee in the office told me that it is not possible to return the deposit and that it will be done at 7:00 in the morning, the time at which I am no longer in Bulgaria.
Now to wait for my money, Very bad experience for a GOLD client who will soon be PLATINUM

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Abada,
Thank You for Your feedback.
We apologize that you had to wait during the registration - usually the process of picking the car up takes not more than 10 minutes. but sometimes some of our customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while.
Regarding Your security deposit we already have information that the amount has been returned to Your credit card. We apologize for the slight inconvenience and hope to see you again.
Have a nice day!

To take 50 euro for a tiny spot on the seat which I am not sure it wasnt there before is not a good service.

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Gargir,
We are very sorry that You experienced unexpected charges, but we want to assure you that we never charge our clients illegitimately. The high standard and appearance of our vehicles is very important to us, so we always strive to provide cars in perfect condition.
We hope you understand that when a car is returned in dirty condition, we cannot give it to other customers on the same day, as it takes time to wash the interior and to wait till it will dry up.
Hope that You will still consider to use the services of our company again and we look forward to seeing you again.
We wish You a successful day!
