Aleksandar is friendly and efficient. It was a bit complicated on arrival as many people were waiting and he was alone at the moment. A rude woman try to steal our place as she had arrived after us and speaking Bulgarian but Aleksandar was very professional and told her to wait for her turn. Very nice from him!
On return it was quick and all ok.

This is a very good car. Big size small price. Diesel very economic (4,6L/100km). One of our brakes was very noisy (but fonctionning ok). Just a shame that everyone was hearing us braking

I would like to speed up the process to get the car as soon as possible, as the account is filled in on my wife's name Mariya Krasteva and when I am the driver, aparently it give a problem. In future I would like to have that I don't have to fill in all forms again, like address, passport, drivers licence, etc it take's to much time, I have rented already many times and it's Always the same story, could you please contact me or my wife to solve this issue for the future ?

I had to wait an hour for the drop-off of the car. I understand things can go wrong but having a phone-number of the agent would make it a lot easier. Everything else was in order. Quick service, good price quality, suitable car ...
