I can't say enough about how great Top Rent A Car was to work with. Car was in great condition and super easy to work with. Already been thinking about the next trip and next car. HIGHLY recommended.

bad
I found overall process difficult and unpleasant.
1. When I arrived they didn't have all my info prefilled, even if everything was done online
2. I had to pay for an extra coverage that I found I already had, so probably there was lack of info or bad will
3. Employees mentioned I should have contract directly with them instead of Ryanair, but I'd never go to Top if it wasn't for Ryanair, so at the end, they were telling that I should have follow my instinct and go with Hertz.
4. We needed to call, and we tried several times, but was impossible to reach to anyone. Only a recorded message in Bulgarian saying repeatedly I don't know what.
5. drop off of the car should be much more straight forward. I rented several times in different countries, and if I paid full coverage, I only have to leave the keys and go...

I didn't felt well when he mentioned I should have contract directly with Top instead of doing through Ryanair.
If I made all reservation online why is not everything prefilled??
He did his job I guess. But overall return process is slow. I dontt know why we couldn't sign it on the paper in the parking and go on with our process in the airport.

The car is good. But if you have to pay extra for full coverage, and then take that much care for the car, even when you paid for a full coverage, it becomes not that convenient. My feeling is that the car is good, but maybe next I'd better choose Hertz as usual.
