Picking up the car was crazy slow. 3 agents at the desk but the process was not efficient.
After, when going to get the car in the garage, it was a total mess, no organization whatsoever, there were piles of papers on cars, on the floor, tons of people just standing around not sure who's turn it was next...
Loved Top Rent A Car but the pick up was terrible.
Drop-off was amazing though, thanks to Hristian!

Took a while to collect my car but I should of used the express service before picking up, I wasn’t expecting a cue at the kiosk. The car was really good, I loved it ????????

It was 2 guys in the kiosk when I collected my vehicle and I was really happy with the guy (wearing glasses) to have the initiative to give me paperwork to complete whilst I waited to be seen.
Their was nobody in the car park to meet me when arrived but luckily their was another customer who was their and said he was told over the phone to go to the office. It’s obvious to go to the office to hand in the documents and keys but it would be good to have these instructions written down. I would like to point out I was early (arrived at approximately 0900)

It was only me using the car and was the cheapest car advertised with a sat nav. My journey took me nearly 3 hours to reach my destination and was a comfortable journey.
