Good car and good value. However, bad experience when returning car. Agent was unable to unblock deposit on credit card before I left which I am unhappy about. I hope this has now been resolved.
Also long walk to Terminal with luggage in cold weather.

Helpful and friendly manner. However, Agent said we could return car to T1 but failed to arrange this which caused problems.
Agent was rude and unhelpful, saying we would have to take the car to T2 because his colleague had made a mistake. His manner was unacceptable. He eventually agreed to accept the car but said it would cause him a big problem.

We had a tire deflated and after several calls did not solve anything, we had to look for a mechanic by our own in a village in Bulgaria (almost nobody spoke English). With a car insurance that includes roadside assistance, your option was to buy us the tire. We did not even have help to indicate a nearby mechanic.

I had a phone call to an agent to tell him, that we have to go to Greece for one day. There was no message left in the system so there was no green card to go over the border. I had to rent another car to go to my appointment. That was more than unpleasant !!!

No problems during the rental period. The car was in good condition. I inspected the car together with en employee, and noted every scratch down.
The only complaint is the paperwork, I could complete all the information online, and not put it on paper at the airport. But it's a minor thing, that most car rental companies have

Very nice experience.
I dropped the car off at 4 in the morning. So I left the keys in the drop box. Nothing to say here

It is the cheapest one, so don't expect it to do much. It has ESP, ABS, A/C and winter tyres, that's all I needed. Though in the mountains a little more power would be preferred
