Hey. We rented the car from you for the first time. At the sales booth we were told to return the vehicle by 11:30 am. Our flight was at 6 in the morning and we returned the car around 04:30 in the morning. The employee was not nice. Took another 24 euros because it's night time. No one told us this while we returned the vehicle many hours ahead of schedule. Very disappointed.

We got around 10 minutes before take up called by Top-Rent-A-Car. We got a message that our 2 baby seats would not be delivered. This raised for us serious problems since it is not allowed by law to drive around with small children. Therefore we had to buy additional seats. We choosed a seat which we had before in other countries and normally would suit. Since we had a flight back home we simply also had to leave the seat in the car. I have a photocopy of the receipt of the seat, which was 150Lev. I want to settle on a proper way the costs we had to make. You, Top-Rent-A-Car now have an extra seat avaiable which you can earn back in around 2/3 weeks of rental, for which you did not pay for. See also our earlier mail correspondence.

We not really helpfull with our case and said he could not do anything. This surprised me.

Next time, if I will see the same guy in the counter I will walk away and rent from another company! Move him out!

Extremely slow and Ridiculously Meticulous and out of proportion for what is needed. Lack any sense of customer services. Created a huge cue to the point people just gave up and move to other companies. Took him 27 minutes ( after standing 15 minutes in the cue!) to get the papers ready!!!! CRAZY guy. He kept telling me that this is his job and this is how he needs to do it.
Professional, friendly and fast.
