I am disappointed that i was shown a car in a completely dark car park by your agent using a torch down the sides of the car for an inspection. It was impossible to see any damage. On my return I was told there was a scuff underneath the front bumper which i had caused, i am adamant I did not damage the car but due to the initial inspection i cannot defend myself. I have been charged 110 euro for a 30 euro smart repair, I am a paint sprayer by profession, is very harsh. I will now have to consider using and recommending another company to my fellow bulgarian property owners as this latest experience has left me less confident in your company policy than i used to be.

Rental time was excessive. Employee wasn't aware how to complete documentation w/Io assistance. Unable to give any assistance as to directions. Overall attitude was blasé. No advance notice that there would be a charge if exterior of car was dirty. Excessive charge for driving out of country.

They would bring the car to Plovdiv at 13:00. But they turned up at 14:30. Ofcourse I can understand that things can happen which you can't control, like traffic. But wat I can't understand is why WE had to call for information. They were more than an hour late. Please inform you customers in time when you know you wil be late. That is really a simple thing to do. We pay €50,- to pick up the car in Plovdiv doens't this include a phonecall when you are late?

I was really happy with the car and the service.
However, I ordered Wi-Fi and planned accordingly and it was not available.
Also, the GPS on The car is not up to date. This caused it to be completely useless after it caused us several delays (roads to bansko are not there). It is a shame because otherwise everything was great.

The car was not ready on time and had to wait until it was cleaned/filled up etc. You need to update your car seat selection, they felt very flimsy and unsafe. You should invest in better ones as it does not inspire an overall confidence. However your customer service on the phone was very good

Iliana was quite unfriendly. She was not interested in explaining much about the insurance or car, she spoke as if I knew it all and it was only when I pressed her on a couple of things that she bothered to explain with extreme boredom. She obviously does not enjoy her job and she lets it show. I think she should go on a customer service course.
Stefan was very uncommunicative. There were no problems with the car though so it was all very simple but again the customer service was not aspiring.

Good prices; people who speak well English, very eager to helping. Fisrt car Rexton with very used tires (I had to make one repear). The Touareg was very good but hadn't got its spare tire... both cars dirty. Difficult to change the dates of rental (different from Avis or Hertz for example).

We got an unwanted upgrade despite having a voucher saying that the model was guaranteed. We were two people and we got a big Volkswagen Passat which we did not want. The car was dirty inside and outside and had a light burned out. We have to ask for a reparation of the light. The car also had a warning regarding a needed check for oil since the beginning.

We waited around two hours for the car with no explanation at all for what was going on. Only when we asked insistently we got some very limited feedback. Apparently the car we were supposed to rent did not have the green card and we could not travel abroad. However we booked that option in advance so this problem should not have existed in the fiesta place. When we complaint about the replacement he kept saying that it was an upgrade.
Fast and professional.

The service has got a lot busier since we started using it over 6 years. It seems to have lost that personal service and the prices don't seem as compaetative now with other comapnies offering better insurance deals.

Not very friendly
He tried to tell us we had not filled up but we took the car back with more petrol in than when we got it. He upset me with his attitude.
