Of all the car rental company counters, the Top Rent A Car counter was always unattended, both in Varna and in Burgas Airports. This is very frustrating! When picking up the car, I had to call the hotline so that the agent would finally come and pick us up. In Burgas, I dropped the keys into the return box because the agent never showed up.

The left front tire was deflated and only after demanding the tire was inflated
.When we asked to prolong the rent period due to road issues not related to us we were charged for 2 days and got taxed for bringing the car full charge but not on time: 2:45 late

The car was very clean, and the service was excellent. The blonde woman at the downtown Varna office was especially kind and helpful. I had a great experience and would happily rent from them again.
