2 days before picking up the car, I have been contacted by the Customer Service to tell me that the car I had booked was not available, and it propose me instead a car... in a lower category for a... 5% (!!) discount!
I refused because I needed a car of the size I had booked, and eventually I have been proposed this VW Passat and I accepted it.
The car had the right size but it appears that it was quite old (nearly 100.000 km) and above all it had a severe brake problem (with the brake pads?): it produced a strong queak each time the car was braking.
I would not expect such a service from a "Top" car rental company.

Not helping clients, nor at the pic up nor at the drop off, I rented many cars but I will probably use another service next time unless something is done in order to make me satisfied.

Not helping me taking a car I booked dispite I had my ID and driving license scanned the day before… by him !!
As a Result I lost 3 hours going back and forth to the hotel by taxi …
Scratches finally not covered by the insurance…! I don’t know weather he was fair or trying to be fair / helpful to the client (!?)

I rent for 15 days, but when I gave the car back I discovered a time limitation for 14.5 days !!! Impossible to have any discussion and I had tto pay for an additionnal day !!!!!!!! At the end I paid 16 days for 14.5 days of real usage. Not acceptable, a extremely bad customer relationship.

The website did not provide clear information about the car : we rented by mistake an electric car (this was not even written on the voucher !) with a range of max 200 km while we had indicated that we planned a 400+ km ride.
Car pick-up took more than 2 hours...
