Хубаво оглеждайте колите, когато ги наемате.

Сравнително учтив, но да попитам: Каква е причината служителите ви да не идват лична с вас, когато предавате колите? След това си измисляте редица щети?

We received a car with old rain wipers. During our drive in the Pirin mountains we got heavy rain and couldn’t see easily. As this is a matter of safety and not convenience it makes the case serious and it should have been checked by the person who delivered the car! Again, it’s easy and cheap to change the wipers and saves lives. At the end we had to call the help desk on route , they heard the wipers and offered us to go to the nearest gas station for replacing them, at the cost of the company. We are not supposed to do such things and this is something easy to catch!

The car was super, apart from the issue of the wipers, so there you go, you missed an excellent review because someone doesn’t take our safety seriously!

the car was bad. It stopped working and could not be started in the middle of the day. The crew in Plovdiv especially the manager provide very slow service and were very un friendly I was in a hurry since I missed many meetings due to the broken car. Terrible service

I travel all over Europe for work and this was the worst experience I have had with a car rental. Despite having paid 160 euros for one day including full insurance, I had to wait 20 minutes when returning the car to check for any damage. They complained about a small scratch on the rim, my protests were of no avail since I had full insurance, they withheld my 30 euro deposit. A scam for tourists
