I have been using top cars since last 3 years and frequently rent car but this time the car wasn't good as it had issue with tracking or wheels or something
Above 80km speed it was making so much noise
I didn't have time to bring it back and change it but I did let the guy know at the counter when I returned the car

I have no words about this guy ,how bad he was ,probably 10 years client with a message as a gold costumer, the guy Martin was very rude ,pushing me to get additional insurance, telling me ,that he will cancel my reservation if I don't buy ot ,when I am clearly given an option online to choose
However the price online was completely different than the price he said there ,350 euros only for the insurance, to pre pay the fuel ,and so many other things, pushing my finger when trying to sign, not coming out for showing me the car ,having a few scratches, telling me in a very aggressive manner to make photos, shame .....so many years taking a car from you guys....really shame, and you know what because of people like him ,never again...never
This guy was lovely Hristo

Signed the form before seeing condition of vehicle. I was worried that I would be charged for marks to the vehicle I had not made. My copy had no marks identified on the car. I wasn’t charged but it didn’t stop me worrying.
Staff were great as always.

Half way through my rental I was asked to drop the car in Varna as it had to be exchanged for some reason. Ridiculous! They agreed to exchange the car at my house at 14.00. Middle of the day. Spent an hour of my time, also my car hire time. No offer of any sort of compensation. I hope I get a discount on my next rental

Booked the rental through Zest, where it was stated that pick up was at the airport, only to find that we needed to be taken to a depot nearby to pick up two vans. Very difficult when the group of 10 included 2 babies and two toddlers. Same applies to drop off where it would have been much better to have dropped off at airport.

Agent very good but pickup location was abysmal. I was advised the office was in the Terminal. Drop agent also very good but again location of drop site was a problem. We waited 30 minutes for shuttle to airport which almost caused me to miss my flight!

Very good customer service experience.
As mentioned, the problem with location too far from Terminal!

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Norris,
Thank You for Your feedback!
We would like to inform you that we now offer two different ways to pick up our rental cars, which are described on our website: airport pick-up after paying an additional fee or office pick-up. This is due to the increase in airport fees and rents by landlords (airports). In order to keep our prices low and continue to offer the best service at the best price, we need to make changes to our service. We at "Top Rent A Car" recommend customers to choose office pickup, thus the service is not subject to additional fees. In Sofia, you can pick up your car from our central office after a free shuttle bus ride, and the ride from the airport entrance to the office takes about 5 minutes. When making the reservation and marking Sofia-Airport on the website, 2 options are displayed: free shuttle service or pickup from the terminal (for which the given additional fee is also displayed). We hope that this situation has not changed your overall rental experience and will be glad to see you again as our client. Best regards, Top rent a car
