Didn’t like the advertising all Over the car. It drew attention to us being tourists and was not welcomed by some locals.

When I picked up the car the windscreen and rear window were not clean. After driving 80 kilometres the oil warning light came on and stayed on. I therefore went to OMV garage where assistant looked at dipstick and Paid to have oil top up. two more times the oil warning light came on. I checked dipstick when cold and the car was over filled with oil. There was clearly a fault on the oil light indicator. Also the lane control indicator activated many times although I was in the middle of the driving lane. This was slightly annoying.

I was advised that I could have picked a car without the advertising for a higher price. The advertising is ok but the decals on the rear windscreen obscure the view and are potentially dangerous. i will not rent such a car again.

The vehicle we had originally booked said it could fit 2 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases. This was not the case. The car only allowed a single large suitcase so we needed to upgrade at a cost.
The vehicle we finally received was fine however the back door would not open from the inside.
The booster seat was also filthy

I have given average due to the length of time to get collected from the airport and having to call the call centre 3 times to see why we hadn't been collected. Then the waiting time to get the car which was probably about 2 hours in total which I don't think is acceptable.
The staff were all helpful the drop off service was good with no problems but the collection was still on my mine which meant that I turned up a lot earlier than I needed to as I was worried about the waiting time.

This isn't a criticism of Pavel but the wait time to get the vehicle was unacceptable and also the wait time at the airport to get picked up. I had to call 3 times to find out where the mini bus was. All staff were quite stressed due to the number of people waiting and the time people had to wait which was a very long time.
This is the service I am use to really easy and quick no problems.
