Оцінка послуги:
good
Absolutely fine picking up car.Nobody in kiosk when dropping car off so put keys and papers in drop box. This was same as previous rental.Last time company charged me 60 euro because they said there was ash in the car !. A blatant lie as nobody smokes. This time I wanted to go through the car check with somebody so we wouldn't have any issues but cannot do this when nobody at the kiosk( office).

I was a walk in, not pre booked, and I honestly can’t fault the service. It was completely my choice if I wanted to upgrade, nothing was forced on me at all. I also loved the tick marks on the old marks and dents, it really makes you feel at ease and gives confidence that everything is properly checked. The whole transition process was easy and stress free. Will definitely use Top Car again.

bad
I have been renting cars from here for about 4 years without a problem but because I broke a wheel cap I was charged €190 with admin charge of €60 which I think is very excessive won’t use again ☹️
