The car is small: one of our suitcases had to be stored on the rear seat.
The rather small rear window is partially covered with advertisement for Top Rent A Car, so that the visibility is impaired.

receipt of the car in sophia airport is bad!
first we had to wait out in the sun 35 degrees for more then 40 minutes.the shuttles can take 8 persons and on the plane were many many!shuttles were full in a minute.
i notified top car what flight we are coming and i suppose all the others did as well so the number of people should not have been a surprise.
2 the office in the parking lot is very small we were standing there another 30 minutes .very hot and full of people.
why does it takle more then an hour !

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Sagi,
Thank You for Your feedback!
We are very sorry that you had to face certain inconveniences in the beginning of Your rent. It is correct that large number of customers arrived at the same time, despite the fact that many indicated different times when booking. Such situations are extremely rare and we are very sorry to have kept you waiting.
We hope that you will decide to use our services again and we will change your opinion about us.
We wish you to have a successful day!
Kind regards,
Top rent a car
