We booked a car for Sunny Beach, as we received the confirmation we noticed that it said Sunny Day and we immediately notified the company through email and did not hear back until the same day we were supposed to get the car delivered. That´s when they discovered the mistake and claimed that the car was 1,5 hours away but we asked them to just deliver that car while we waited. We were told they would send a different car from Bourgas but it would take 1,5 hours to clean it and prepare it for us which we agreed to. !,5 hours later the car arrived but it was not cleaned nor inside or outside and it was not serviced. aircondition not working properly and caused 2 of our children to get carsick due to the heat.

Asked for information she was not legally authorized to ask for and would not give us the car unless we did everything she asked for. I was the only driver but she requested my wifes driverslicens and passport, she wrote down our debitcardnumber on a document instead for keeping. It took 2,5 hours to fill out all the documents, go over the car and all the damages and she finally claimed we had no insurance even though we bought top insurance.
Professional and helpful, polite and nice.

The car was not cleaned and was dirty both inside and outside, needed service (the service lamp indicated) no washerfluid and indicated we needed fill up "Add Blue" before we had used up 25% of the diesel in the tank.

Top Rent A Car:

Dear Mr. Vihma, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback about our services. We would like to clarify an important nuance regarding your rental. You have booked your car on the website of our partner. Under these circumstances, our company may act only an intermediary. Unfortunately, we did not receive information about the change of location either from you or from our partner until the date on which we were supposed to deliver the car to you. And when this information was finally sent to us, time for reaction was very short, so we delivered the car to you from another city to meet your needs. We understand your dissatisfaction, in addition we would like to ask you to directly contact the company through which you placed your order to resolve this situation, and we, for our part, will be happy to provide you with the necessary help and assistance, since the satisfaction and comfort of our customers is a priority for us. We remain at your disposal for any questions by email: customer.service@toprentacar.bg. Kind regards, Top rent a car

First of all we arrived ready to collect our rental car. Filled out forms and showed my license. Then was told we had to get insurance for the car. I explained I had already paid for full insurance when I had booked the car back in 24.09.2022. Car Group: Hyundai I20 or similar Booking Reference Number: 669535774. Nickolay got very agitated and insisted we were not covered if we had an accident saying it would be difficult to claim if we did have an accident. By this time we had a long line of people behind us. We were made to feel that we would not be able to have the car without taking out further insurance. This cost us another £106.27 which we did not budget for and affected our holiday plans. Other people in the line heard this and said that was unfair. Another person said this happens every time you book on the wizzair portal, you should use top rent car website. Maybe this should be made more clear to customers. I will be going to the Ombudsman about this.

The third-party liability insurance missed upon return, although I did not lose anything, but they still charged me a fine of 80 euros. Perhaps the employee, when taking the car, forgot to give me the missing document.

She was kind of rude, and not prepare well to explain how to operate looks like she was thinking I knew how to navigate GPS and all that. Maybe more info before I start driving will be better.
