we arrived at 11.30 pm to drop the car as agreed in the contract. Your agent was in the airport to get customers & just arrived, so I told him can you drop me to airport, he answered; I have 2 customers it will be after an hour, I said I don't want to loose my flight & his answer you can walk to airport.
it was 12 midnight I have one large bag & 2 smaller ones & I am 72 years old , I said I can't do it I don't know the area.
2ndly we met with another 2 senior citizens in your office who brought them from airport, they were very upset that they have been waiting for him for 35 minutes as told by them.

2 days before picking up the car, I have been contacted by the Customer Service to tell me that the car I had booked was not available, and it propose me instead a car... in a lower category for a... 5% (!!) discount!
I refused because I needed a car of the size I had booked, and eventually I have been proposed this VW Passat and I accepted it.
The car had the right size but it appears that it was quite old (nearly 100.000 km) and above all it had a severe brake problem (with the brake pads?): it produced a strong queak each time the car was braking.
I would not expect such a service from a "Top" car rental company.

We returned the car two hours late due to a flight delay and were required to pay an additional rental day + a financial penalty. Under no circumstances did the clerk agree to help. I don't know if I will fly with your company again.

The treatment of the accident was sub par. The fact that we had to renew the insurance was ridiculous and the fact that no paper was in English made things very hard .

При получении машины в офисе не было никого! Я позвонил по указанному на окне телефону и мне сказали, что ваш представитель будет через 2 минуты. Пришлось ждать минут 20. Потом начались какие-то проблемы с компьютерной системой. В результате я получил машину в 18 часов! На два часа позже запланированного времени! И я был первый в очереди! И почему мне не продлили срок сдачи машины в 18 часов?
Я надеюсь, что когда буду получать машину 05.07 (бронирование 220524816), то будет без задержки.

When picking up the car, there were nobody in the office. When called to company, then they started to arrange somebody to come to deliver the car. And, I called already 1,5 hours before the agreed picking-up time to the company to tell, that I'm nearby ready to pick-up the car. So, I got the car about 1 hour later, than it was agreed to be delivered. Also the drop-off personnel were late from the agreed time.

When I asked for the rent price is was told its 80.4 euros per day. Once I paid and took the contract I realized that the rent price is 44.4 euros but I was charged an extra 36 euros for "Top Protection" without the employee asking me if I wanted this option or not.

I explained the problem I had with the pick up employee and I asked if we could correct the extra 36 euros fee for the second rental period (9/4/2024), for which i had already paid. Unfortunately either he didn't understand what I was saying or it was not possible. Both employees were kind but the pick up employee should be more careful.
