I would recommend to review the time spend on one customer and probably get more staff at pick up.
Average handling time was around 7-10 mins per customer and you employee was doing his job without any distraction.
You know what are the pick hours for the pick ups so would be nice to have at least 2 people

A bit too noisy car and for the tall person can be an issue to set up the steering wheel . I couldn’t bring it forward enough.

With this car I can drive well.
The windshield wiper blades must be changed.
The outside mirrors don't have a heating, they has to be cleaned manually while driving in heavy snowfall and traffic jam last wednesday.
Kind regards

Pick up and drop off were easy. Exactly where to return the car at 4 AM was shown by a photograph sent to me.

Very friendly. Helpful. Explanation of the cruise control would have been helpful as I never could figure it out .

I can recommend this company. I've rented from other rental companies in Sofia. This one was the best so far. I'll use them next time.
