Great car and great on site service my only complaint was when I called to extend my lease or to return the car in different location. They told me that i can return the car in different location for a fee of €160 and I told them that I have to reschedule my flights first. once I done it I called them again a few hours later and they said I have to return the car to the the original location as the car has been rented. I went back to the website and I checked I still can rent the car and I called them again and they finally agreed to extend the lease of the car with few more days, but I still had to drive back all the way from Sofia to Varna to return the car on the original location , I wasted another day of my holiday on the roads

overall service was good, they helped very quickly with the issue of a wheal clamp. Reasonable price for the car, but we had to pay a whole extra day because we returned the car with an hour delay after the office hours, because we got lost with the navigation. We called to let them know about this delay and nobody on the phone told us about this high tax. Unfortunately this exaggerated price is the reason I would not rent a car at toprentacar again.

It is not possible to average the ratings for two different locations.
The service in Sofia, Mladost was excellent—quick, professional, and friendly.
Kristyan answered our questions in a way that will be helpful in the future.
However, the service at the Varna city office was unacceptable. The staff were uncooperative, refused to introduce themselves, and did not allow us to leave our luggage while we picked up the car.
In summary, the service in Sofia was perfect, but in Varna, it was very poor.

Bad, very unfriendly service, especially from the main manager of the office -the guy.
No explanation of the details. Long registration.
Perfect service. Very quick, friendly, with the answers to the following questions for the future. Thanks a lot to Kristiyan!
